our first week

We've been back at work here for a few days now, and are eagerly
getting our hands on some exciting projects.

Anna is busy learning our registrar system, handling all the student
applications and requests for information from young people wanting to
join our mission. She's excited to put her organization skills and US
entry experience to work in helping launch many more people into
missions.

Meanwhile I am learning the in's and out's of one of our secondary
schools, which we will be helping develop and lead this winter and for
the next few years. Our Worship Intercession Spiritual warfare and
Evangleism (WISE) schools is one of YWAM Denver's most exciting
secondary schools. With an intense missions focus, this three-month
training program has been instrumental in the training of many long-
term missions workers. We're excited to lead this program in the
coming years.

We're enjoying getting back into things here. Thanks for your
continued prayers.

Found a place

We're happy to have found a place to call home (at least for a little
while). Wednesday night we moved our belongings into a house that we
are renting from another YWAM couple. It's been feeling a little like
Christmas again as we unpack boxes of our house things that have been
stored for almost a year.

This will be our home for the next couple months, till we likely move
into an apartment.

At the moment we're on our way to the YWAM base to help lead the
morning worship time, but we officially start working there on Monday.

Thanks for your prayers during our transition.

We made it!

We're in Denver! We had a fun drive, with good weather. As soon as
we arrived yesterday we started looking at apartments. We'll continue
the search today, with hopes of nailing something down to move into by
the end of the week. It's been fun to see some familiar faces, it
some ways it feels like we've hardly been gone.

On the Road Again

Well, our bags are packed, the U-haul is loaded, and we are ready to
hit road early tomorrow.

We had two busy weeks in Canada, enjoying time with family, friends,
and supporters. We're really excited about getting to Denver,
resuming work with YWAM there, and not living out of suitcases for a
while.

Please pray for good drive and that we'll quickly find an apartment
that we can call home.
